We recently got our first silkie chicks from Catherine and the whole process has been so fun and exciting! She is so quick to respond to questions and never made us feel silly for asking obvious questions. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind! Silkies were recommended to us because we have young kids and they are very docile and make great pets. We will also be getting 3 laying hens from her soon as well as a hand-crafted coop! To say we are looking forward to this journey ahead would be an understatement!

We have loved the eggs, pork and beef so much that Catherine has provided. On a side note, it has been awesome to get to know the Tangren's and their 5 "free range" children. They live the way most of us only wish we could!

I baked your brisket with herbs, onions, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in foil at 300 degrees. It was delicious with some baked sweet potatoes and salad. I didn't even use barbecue sauce it tasted so good. Nice beef! We especially enjoyed the great flavored bacon! The eggs are fresh with nice, strong shells that let me know the chickens are healthy.
